Communication is one of the biggest challenges at any surgery center, and especially our center, where we perform over 800 cases/month across multiple specialties and numerous physicians, outside offices, and implant reps. We needed a way to get everyone on the same page without the relentless phone calls, faxes, text messages, and emails. And the day of surgery, we needed a way for our staff, physicians, and waiting room to see the status of their cases.
