Implementation Overview
We are a very busy heavy Ortho surgery center working with one of the countries most well known Orthopaedic practices - Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush. Almost all of our cases require medical device vendor reps to support the implants and instruments required. With each physician using a different rep, the management of this critical component of the case becomes tedious and error prone.
We chose Casetabs to solve this critical problem!
Benefits:- Physician offices are able to electronically submit cases to the facility with all necessary documents so no mistakes are made by reading illegible hand writing from a fax and re-entering information.
- Vendor Reps are assigned to each case accordingly at the time of booking. If any change happens to the case, they are automatically notified through the app so the materials manager does not have to worry about updating them each time a change occurs to the date or time.
